The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in Australian and New Zealand Dollars (unless otherwise indicated) and are valid and effective only in Australia and New Zealand.

This Site is controlled by Conquest Sports from its office in Melbourne, Australia.

Conquest Sports shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this Site or the performance of the products for any reason whatsoever, even if Conquest Sports has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification and release
You agree to release, indemnify and hold Conquest Sports harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by Conquest Sports arising from or in any way related to your use of the Site you agree to pay all solicitors incurred fees. You also agree to release Conquest Sports in the event of any virus or disabling feature entering your computer system which results in loss or damage.
10. Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the time being in force in the State of Victoria and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of that State including any Courts having appellant jurisdiction.

This Site may contain links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Conquest Sports does not control. Any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

12. Severability
If a clause or part of a clause can be read in a way that makes it illegal, unenforceable or invalid, but can also be read in a way that makes it legal, enforceable and valid, it must be read in the latter way. If any clause or part of a clause is illegal, unenforceable or invalid, that clause or part is to be treated as removed from this document, but the rest of the document is not affected.

Subject to any express consent in writing of the parties, no waiver, delay, omission, relaxation, indulgence or forbearance on the part of any party in respect of any right or power conferred upon such party by these terms shall operate as a waiver of such power or right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such power or right preclude such party or future exercise of such power or right, or the exercise of any other power or right under these Terms.
